We’d done all the big parts of finding a venue and band, etc, but started to feel fatigued with where to go next. I am so thankful that I found Amy when searching for someone to help us organise our wedding. When I read the reviews of previous weddings she's done, it was a no brainer. It was brilliant to have her unending support in the run up to our day - I don't know how she responds to all of her emails so quickly! She has so much knowledge and is always happy to answer any question or help with rambling thoughts or worries! I personally really valued knowing that she was there whenever I needed support - it can be overwhelming planning a wedding, especially when that wedding gets postponed due to covid (!), and it really felt like she was my teammate, which was invaluable. She recommended both the caterer and the florist we chose - they were perfectly suited to the theme we wanted for our day, just spot on and both of them a safe pair of hands who we knew we could trust to do a great job - which is exactly what you need as a bride. We unfortunately couldn't have her with us on our (much smaller!) day in the end due to the covid restrictions on numbers - we really missed her and I can think of multiple things that I know would have gone smoother (and more on time!) had she been there. Thank goodness she had provided us with brilliant suppliers and great advice in the run up.

Amy, where do we begin. We reached out to you when our idea of hiring a wedding planner was still maturing and we were in a confusing situation with another planner who didn’t seem QUITE trustworthy. You simply said ‘follow your intuition’ and never pestered us, just let us lead the way. We did exactly as you suggested, picked you and never looked back.
From that moment on, magic started to unfold.
Magic that comes from working with someone with a rare mix of immense experience, the appropriate skills, ability to work with anyone and anywhere… and a personality like yours that highlights how much of a true listener you are (you picked up on so many things that turned out to be completely ‘us’), how much you CARE, your sense of fun, your eye for quality and beauty, your ability to connect deeply with everyone in our ‘dream team’ that you helped create that basically meant all vendors were THEMSELVES feeling just as happy and supported as we were!

Everyone was comfortable with everything, and there was this truly magical sense of vendors all feeling like they’ve at least worked together before or known each other somewhere, yet this was the first time for almost everyone! THAT vibe. That sense of flow. I’m tearing up just remembering it all.
Of course, it’s all about the big day ultimately, but hear me when I say there were SO MANY special days and special moments facilitated by working with Amy. I know she’ll likely say we co-created it together, and maybe so, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near the same without her.

We had arranged all of our suppliers but as we were having a tipi wedding in the middle of a field, we needed someone to coordinate them all on the day. I think having been a bridesmaid for several family members and close friends and seeing the most calm natured, sane individuals turn into manic wedding obsessed maniacs, I assumed ‘Stress and Anxiety’ was just an inevitable and unwelcomed extra every bride had to face at some point during their wedding planning process…. How wrong I was! My Husband (I still love saying that) and I tend to live life 1000 miles an hour and the year we got married was no exception. In the 12 months prior to our special day we had our first beautiful baby boy, sold two houses moved three times, planned a christening, built a house and organised a wedding for over 120 people travelling from around the UK and further!
Marc’s input was simple “whatever you want darling” and my Bridesmaids although fantastic also lead extremely busy lives!
One question which was constantly thrown at me from concerned family and friends. “How are you coping with the stress of the wedding?” My answer was simple and true. “What Stress?” My General OCD and fanatical attention to detail is well known and feared amongst our friends and if anyone had the potential to become ‘A Bridezilla’ it was me, but to both mine and probably more so my husband’s relief I remained calm, content and exceptionally giddy throughout the whole wedding process! I would love to claim this was due to my exceptional planning and execution skills but as a new mummy, both promptly went out the window along with my rational, time keeping and spare moments to prep and prioritise! I have never been accused of being low maintenance and never could this be more prevalent than during my wedding planning …. However, the whole process remained calm, focused and to plan purely through Amy’s exceptional poise, organisation, pragmatic approach and dedication to making our special day perfect for us in every way! I can honestly say Amy became as important to our day as all our other carefully planned and invited members of the wedding party… She was my 4th Bridesmaid and by the sunshine filled morning of our wedding another treasured friend helping us celebrate our magical day! Our day was perfect in many ways and we truly couldn’t have asked for more but as with all meticulously planned occasions we suffered a couple of minor blips all of which were dealt with immediately and meticulously.
From the moment I woke (which was ridiculously early) to the moment we fell in to bed Amy was on hand smiling and pre-empting our every need. Nothing was too much trouble and more importantly when a minor disaster occurred (namely red wine on my beautiful blush lace gown), Amy was by my side emotionally and practically, not only removing stains (I’m still not sure how she managed it) but emotionally keeping me calm and smiling when everyone else around me was panicking.
If there were any problems we were never aware of them as Amy managed and coordinated the whole day perfectly.
I lost count of the compliments we received on the service and care she showed our guests. She is a true professional in every sense, her industry knowledge and experience was invaluable and I’m so pleased we were lucky enough to have her be part of our day.
Every Bride deserves her Perfect Day and Every Bride needs an Amy to make her dreams come true.

We decided on Amaranthyne Wedding Planners to help with our big day as Amy is such a calm and delightful person, didn’t belittle our budget right from the start, loves weddings and has some great creative and fun ideas and some amazing contacts.
We didn’t think we could afford a wedding planner but with all of Amy’s packages, we couldn’t not have a wedding planner. This lady just loves weddings. Nothing was too much trouble or to way out or wacky. Every Bride wants her day to be unique and I had some weird and wonderful ideas, Amy had a few more. They were all managed to be slotted in somewhere in an elegant manor so our day flowed from start to finish. If anything did go wrong I didn’t know about it.

Living in Canada, we started our wedding journey shopping around for venues. We started big. First, we had to decide in which country we wanted to get married. We made the decision that England wouldn’t even be on the radar unless we could find a phenomenal wedding planner to guide us along the way.
Almost immediately, we found Amy. In the selection process, Amy quickly stood above the crowd with her professionalism and forward-thinking attitude. In our initial email, we had mentioned we were going to be visiting England. Amy suggested having our meet-and-greet appointment over Skype so that we could hit the ground running when we arrived. With a short-trip planned, this was exactly what we needed.
Through email, Pinterest and instinct, Amy had prepared for us a long list of venues that fit our vision, budget and guest list. Before we even stepped foot onto UK soil, we had co-ordinated a short list of venues and booked 4 viewings and a follow-up appointment. Amy chauffeured our carless selves to each of the four venues and patiently answered questions while pointing out the features of each incredible venue.
Amy has been a valuable asset to our little wedding planning team and has been exceptionally helpful in every task we’ve faced so far.
Initially, we were undecided about our need for a wedding planner beyond the venue search but Amy’s down-to-earth, collected, soothing nature blew us away and we couldn’t imagine planning the rest of our wedding without her.
