THE BIG DAY

We have been updating lots of our services over the past few weeks as well as launching some new ones.
With our ‘Big Day’ option, you have probably spent the past 6 months to 2 years planning your special day, as well as a lot of money. You want to make sure that all of that time and effort is worthwhile, as well as ensuring you enjoy every moment of the day. We can ensure that all of your hard work and planning actually happens the way you envisaged and everything runs smoothly.
Included in this option are:
- Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to the wedding.
- An in-depth meeting (6-8 weeks before your wedding) to go through everything for your wedding day (this can take up to 3 hours).
- Timelines / Itineraries for the day to all suppliers and main members of the bridal party.
- Follow up telephone calls / emails to all contracted suppliers 1-2 weeks before your wedding day.
- A risk assessment of the venue.
- Helping to dress and decorate the venue using materials supplied by you / suppliers and ensuring tables look perfect with everything in place.
- Dealing with suppliers on the day of your wedding.
- Take pictures of the setup and during the day (when possible). A copy of these will be sent to you and will be waiting for you when you return from honeymoon.
- Visit you on the morning of your wedding to check you are OK and be on hand if you need anything.
- Receive buttonholes and bouquets from the florist and ensure they are allocated to the right people.
- Spritz any flowers to ensure they stay fresh.
- On-site coordination and supervision from approximately 9.00 am until the end of the first dance on the day of your wedding. (Maximum of 12 hours).
- Ensure that some keepsakes are saved for you, i.e. your place names, menu, order of service, table plan before the venue/caterer clear the tables.
- Your PA for the day.
- Troubleshoot any problems / issues quickly and discretely. (Our emergency kit is always in the car which includes stain remover wipes, blister plasters, sun cream, safety pins, cake knife and much more).
- After The Wedding Checklist.
- Unlimited email / phone support during the final countdown to your wedding.
This is still our most popular option and provides real peace of mind for the Bride and Groom. Please note that help the day before and after your wedding can be added to this option as well – when contacting us asking for the ‘Wedding Weekend’ option.
