RED BUTTON WEDDING IN STAMFORD, LINCOLNSHIRE

Beth and Paul’s lovely wedding took place on Saturday 12 April 2014, not only their wedding but also my husband’s birthday and 2 years since I officially launched Amaranthyne Weddings and Events.

I first met Beth in March last year and straight away loved her quirky ideas and relaxed outlook to her wedding.

Her lovely Stamford wedding with a ‘red button’ theme was just perfect. Only 40 guests during the day so a real personal and intimate gathering enjoyed by all. Beth looked beautiful in her ‘Pure Bridal’ wedding gown with her red button bouquet and red shoes.

They got married at Stamford Registry Office, followed by walking through Stamford carrying red balloons, which were released for a great shot by their photographer and a really good friend of mine, Courtney Louise. Their reception took place at the Theatre Lounge, a really unique and quirky venue which matched their wedding perfectly. Lovely balloon decorations were the table centre pieces created by the amazing Gill of the Beedeck Gift Company. These were tied to red and white cake stands filled with red buttoned cupcakes. Hessian runners and napkin holders looked great as well as lovely heart shaped place cards on the wine glasses – these were made by either Beth or her sister and worked so well.

Beth and Paul’s cake was stunning which was made by the brilliant Lynne from Deliciously Different Cakes. Lynne and I have worked on a wedding before and she is so talented.

Beth’s daughter was a big part of the wedding too and never stopped smiling and looked gorgeous in a red dress. Beth was such a pleasure to work with and I so enjoyed being part of their special day.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Gill as well for inflating all the balloons onsite at the Registry Office – amazing job. I had a moment with the balloons, it will no doubt end up in my book if I ever get round to writing it!!
