Cosy Covid Wedding

Lovely Words

"I am so thankful that I found Amy when searching for someone to help us organise our wedding. When I read the reviews of previous weddings she's done, it was a no brainer. It was brilliant to have her unending support in the run up to our day - I don't know how she responds to all of her emails so quickly! She has so much knowledge and is always happy to answer any question or help with rambling thoughts or worries! I personally really valued knowing that she was there whenever I needed support - it can be overwhelming planning a wedding, especially when that wedding gets postponed due to covid (!), and it really felt like she was my teammate, which was invaluable. She recommended both the caterer and the florist we chose - they were perfectly suited to the theme we wanted for our day, just spot on and both of them a safe pair of hands who we knew we could trust to do a great job - which is exactly what you need as a bride. We unfortunately couldn't have her with us on our (much smaller!) day in the end due to the covid restrictions on numbers - we really missed her and I can think of multiple things that I know would have gone smoother (and more on time!) had she been there. Thank goodness she had provided us with brilliant suppliers and great advice in the run up.
A big thank you from all of us Amy"!

Intimate Lincolnshire Wedding

The gorgeous Cara originally contacted me in May 2019 for her 120+ village church wedding and marquee reception at her family home in Lincolnshire.  She wanted somebody to assist with her wedding plans, including sourcing some of her wedding suppliers, as well as being there during the week of the wedding and on the day itself.  After a lovely phone conversation, she booked me at the beginning of June 2019, almost a year to the day of their June 2020 wedding.

This was of course until Covid showed up! The decision was made in April to move their June wedding to October and then the rollercoaster began.  I’m so pleased though that these two still decided to get married with an intimate church wedding and small gathering afterwards at her family home.  I so hope I can organise a larger celebration for them once it is allowed and safe to.  Such a lovely and genuine couple to work with.
