"Amy was recommended to us by another couple who had planned their wedding in the Midlands from across the miles, and we are so pleased we followed their recommendation. From the venue search to the day itself, Amy understood our vision for our wedding and was organised and knowledgeable throughout. Being abroad, we were reassured that we could rely on Amy for the big picture and the finer details. She thought of everything, and our day went perfectly. Amy was calm and thoughtful in every aspect of planning and execution, and we definitely couldn't have organised our wedding from the other side of the world without her! Thank you, Amy"!
Relaxed Nottinghamshire Wedding
Kate and Becky had their modern, relaxed and natural wedding at The Pumping House in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. They are teachers overseas in Cambodia and therefore required full wedding planning support with my ‘Across the Miles’ option. This started with a thorough wedding venue search and a shortlist was put together. The Pumping House was immediately their favoured option as it ticked all of their boxes. Whilst they enjoyed a glass of fizz in Cambodia (7 hours ahead of the UK), I conducted a Skype guided tour of the venue and they instantly fell in love with it. Kate and Becky only contacted me in October 2016 so it was all systems go with them wanting their wedding in July 2017.
As with all of my couples, a uniquely tailored service was put together for them, my ‘Across the Miles‘ option was adapted to them and their requirements. They had a small dream team of suppliers that certainly delivered exactly what they wanted. Such a beautiful and emotional wedding day with a great couple of girls, styled with natural greenery, relaxed dining with a real elegant feel.
