WEDDING BOUTIQUE STATIONERY

Dear all

The Save the Date or Wedding Invitation is the first thing that people receive to get an idea of the style of your wedding and really set the tone for it.  It says so much about the day and therefore needs to be extra special as first impressions definitely count.  It is also important that they reflect your personality and style.

I feel that it is imperative to try and determine the theme and colour of your wedding fairly early on in the planning process so that these can be incorporated as soon as you send out your wedding stationery.  This can then follow through into your RSVP cards, order of service, menus, place names, seating plan, table names and thank you cards.

Bespoke stationery is certainly the best way to go, as it can be designed especially for you.  It is a lot more personal and something nice to keep in your wedding keepsake box.  It is also possibly the first time you will see your wedding in writing and believe me that is a really special moment.

I have two fantastic wedding stationery suppliers who are both very different in style but equally as creative.  In this blog I want to talk about Melanie at Melanie’s Studio Designs.

Melanie contacted me through my Supplier’s page on my website asking if she could be a recommended supplier.  As soon as we started emailing and I saw a variety of Melanie’s work I had to have her on board.    Not only is Melanie extremely creative but she really cares and everything is finished to the highest quality.  She is a Freelance Designer and Artist and creates bespoke designs based on unique illustrations.  You can choose from one of her exquisite collections or commission a design to make your special day really unique.  Have a look at the images below to really see what she can do.

I can promise you won’t be disappointed in Melanie’s work; she has such a talent and an eye for detail and should definitely be one of your suppliers for your special day.  Remember first impressions do count!
