WEDDING DRESS TRENDS FOR 2013
Dear all
2013 is here and along with it are all the new wedding dress trends which include:-
More Vintage – yes, it’s still in with a lot more choice and designs.
Art Deco – a little different and can look great in very modern yet elaborate weddings and venues.
Belts – can make a dress look even more beautiful. Just be careful if you are super slim as sometimes a dress can look better without one so the eye flows over your slim figure more. Great for 40’s and 50’s weddings.
Apricot and Pale Pink Hues – after the wedding of Jessica Biel to Justin Timberlake, these colours are certainly going to be popular in 2013. It looks lovely if you put your bridesmaids in darker shades of the same colour (remember they don’t all have to be the same)! Great for country boho chic weddings.
Back Design – remember the back of your dress needs to look as fantastic as the front. If your dress is fairly simple, halter neck or scoop neck a low or detailed back can look amazing. Also looks great with your hair-up and elaborate earrings. Also you will save money on not having to buy a necklace, the perfect excuse for the earrings! Great for elegant weddings.
Slits – Yes slits are in on your thigh of your wedding dress. Great for slim girls and people opting for a destination or summer wedding.
Elizabeth Stuart Bride seem to cover all of these trends and are well ahead of the fashion favourites, definitely one of my favourite designers and one to watch.
