WEDDING FAYRE SEASON

It’s that time of year again and Wedding Fayre season is upon us. Lots of engagements happen during July / August and every girl likes to start going around wedding fayres to get ideas and inspiration for their big day. There are so many fayres to choose from and it can get a little daunting going to your first few but they are so useful and will help you start to build how you want your wedding day to be.
My advice is to take any literature and take your time going through it when you get home. Browse on the websites and makes notes of what you liked and make a list of questions you may want to ask certain suppliers. Don’t feel pressured at a wedding fayre to book there and then; a good supplier will be more than happy if you call them a week later to make arrangements.
It is also exciting when you get home going through everything. It is a good idea to take a friend, husband to be or you’re mum to the fayres with you as sometimes you don’t always remember everything and they can jog your memory.
We will be exhibiting at two wedding fayres in October if you wanted to come and say hello and have a chat. Not only will we be available to discuss our different wedding planning and design options but also our Swarovski crystal finishing touches, they are super sparkly and get lots of attention.
Our next fayre is on Sunday 7 October 2012 which is the Newark Advertisers Wedding Fayre at Kelham Hall. We will be in the Peacock Room (look for the purple table with all the sparkles on). This is one of the largest fayres of its kind in the East Midlands and tickets cost just £4 and include a welcome drink and canapés and a free bridal goodie bag. There will also be fashion shows going on throughout the fayre which is on between 11 am and 3 pm. Kelham Hall is also a stunning venue and one of our favourites.
