AMARANTHYNE WEDDINGS 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

What another incredible year it has been for Amaranthyne Weddings, my seventh year of trading last April. Despite political and economic uncertainty, I really have had the best year working on some phenomenal weddings with some fabulous people. Here are just a few of my highlights….
During the year, I had the pleasure of being involved in over 25 beautiful weddings at the stunning Washingborough Hall Hotel, as well as assisting the lovely Lucy with wedding open evenings and organising their annual wedding open day. I also continue to assist with their marketing. A huge thank you to Lucy and Edward for letting me continue to be part of their amazing and evolving team!
On top of this, I had a number of beautiful freelance weddings through Amaranthyne Weddings as well as a large business birthday event. I have showcased my wedding highlights on my website (under my Lookbook section) and have also blogged a couple of them, see below:-

All such beautiful weddings to be involved in. Thank you so much to all of these wonderful couples / families for choosing me to assist with your wedding celebrations. A real mix of full plans, partial plans and wedding day managements with some lovely friendships made. All of the lovely feedback I receive can be read here. Another thank you goes to the great suppliers involved with these weddings, some amazing dream teams were certainly created.
In November, as part of the team at Washingborough Hall Hotel, we won Wedding Venue of the Year 2019 – Lincolnshire Life Taste of Excellence Awards. An accolade won four times in the last five years.
This was followed by Top Rated Exclusive Use Wedding Venue 2019 – WeddingDates Awards. I am also going to be doing some Guest Blogging for WeddingDates throughout 2020 which is very exciting. I’m very much looking forward to working with Ciara, Victoria and the rest of the WeddingDates team on this.
We managed to grab a last minute family break to Mexico in February and a few days away to a spa hotel late summer. I also went to Chelsea Flower Show in May for the first time, which actually fell on our 10 year anniversary since I met my husband which was absolutely wonderful, followed by a gorgeous meal at Marcus Waring’s restaurant at The Berkeley.
Next year is about concentrating on the outside of our ‘forever home’ and to start to really bring it all together. We will hopefully get a holiday at some point as well, (not sure when though as it is an incredibly busy year).
2020 is looking like another fantastic year for me with 25 beautiful weddings (so far) again at Washingborough Hall Hotel. I am also working on a number of freelance weddings through Amaranthyne Weddings. At the moment, these include quite a few lovely marquee weddings, as well as a lovely church and manor house wedding.
A huge thank you again goes to my wonderful husband and daughter for being so supportive and understanding. Genevieve (who is now 6) is such a wonderful little human being and makes me laugh every day.
Amaranthyne Weddings continues to succeed, flourish and evolve reaching its eighth year in April. With well over 200 weddings now under my belt (what’s next)! I really can’t wait to see what the new decade of 2020 brings, I think it will certainly be a memorable one.
